Vietnam Helicopter Pilot's Association (VHPA) maintains a list of all Army helicopter pilots trained by the US Army. Most served in RVN. Try contacting the webmaster at http://www.vhpa.org/. He may or may not answer individual questions, buy unlikely he will publish the list. There will be a list somewhere in the US military.
OVER 3 million US servicemen served in SE Asia during the war. OVER 2 1/2 million men served in country during the war. There's probably no (available) list that would itemize those men by state. There IS a list of US Servicemen killed in Vietnam by state, see: Vietnam Casualties by State.
I recommend posting a notice with the Marine Corps League seeking Canadian Marine Vets.
The Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Wall is the list.
From 1965-1975 (the '75 list for valid arrest warrants) approximately 22,500 draft dodgers were indicted. Approximately 8,800 men were convicted. Approximately 4,000 were imprisoned. There were approximately 170,000 conscientious objectors.
A list of deceased Vietnam War veterans in the US can be found on the Vietnam Veteran's memorial. You can also find this type of list by contacting the VA in your area.
Depends on the actual model of helicopter and what comes with it. Few helicopter deals are simple, all involve spare engines and other items.
