No, he did not. The first renditions that we know about occurred under President Ronald Reagan; Bill Clinton also agreed with rendition under certain circumstances. But it was during the presidency of George W. Bush that the number of renditions increased: memos were written specifically for this purpose by the Bush legal team (led by his Deputy Attorney General John Yoo). These rulings stated that torture (euphemistically called "enhanced interrogations"), as well as extraordinary rendition of those thought to be terrorists, was legal. Today we know that not everyone subjected to these procedures was a terrorist. In fact, some detainees who were on the receiving end were never officially charged with any crimes, and a few were released later on. Also, it is still a bone of contention as to whether these methods worked: Mr. Bush and his vice president Dick Cheney insist that they did, but others in the Bush administration denied that they produced any useful information.
That question doesn't make sense, but the answer is "no". President Obama has no intention of legalizing recreational cannabis use. it does make sense maybe not to you but the answer in yes he is only gonna "consider it" if he gets one million votes
First, you see if president Obama has passed a law legalizing a crack.
At this point in his presidency, he has not come out in favor of legalizing drugs, nor has any other president.
by legalizing marijuana
its awesome...
No, he did not. Rendition (having terror suspects taken to foreign countries and tortured) was begun under George W. Bush, and it was (sad to say) used on a number of occasions during the Iraq War. President Obama ended the practice of waterboarding, and he also ended rendition-- or at least the administration said that's what they did, back in 2009. However, in fairness to the skeptics from both political parties who may be reading this, since rendition was a top-secret program, whether it was totally ended or whether it has been used on other occasions since 2009 is difficult to say. And under the Patriot Act, which congress has renewed each time it came up, presidents may take unusual or extraordinary measures if they feel the situation demands it. But we do know for a fact that President Obama has never legalized rendition.
Obama FtW screw off haterz Addded: Of course not that would be completely illegal and nobody would let hm get that many votes. So my answer is no he did not say that.
No, he did not. No president can "legalize illegals"-- a president can make changes in immigration law, such as what Mr. Obama did in 2012 when he said he would ask the Immigration authorities not to deport children of undocumented immigrants who had been living here all their life and had no say in being brought here. But the laws have still not been changed, and only congress can change them, although a president can propose or advocate for a law to be passed. Mr. Obama won both the 2008 and 2012 elections fairly, and whether you agree with the results or not, there has been no evidence that he won by widespread voter fraud. You may have heard this on partisan talk shows whose hosts oppose the president, but just because a talk show host (or a blogger) says something does not make it true.
President Obama
LOL that's a funny question but i expect the answers no, unless Obama likes weed LOL XD
Obama is thinking about it, and ron paul wants to legalize weed, so if ron paul wins the 2012 election weeds gunna be legal for sure.
President Obama was47 when he was elected president
