You can't just go up to someone because they walked in your yard and punch them out and commence a beat down. I am a law enforcement officer and I would say the best answer is to notify the authorities immediately. Dial up the sheriffs department or the city police and let them know that someone is trespassing on your property and you have told them numerous times to leave.
