I'd like it if you didn't use the word 'midget'. People find that rude. I no like the 'M' word you just used. The 'M' word is NOT a bad word, but this is a really really really mean word. It's not a very kind word.
I'd use the word 'person of very very small stature'--NO because you have to be 4'8" or shorter to be considered a person of very very small stature. You ARE NOT a person of very very small stature, because you're taller than 4'8".
You are just petite. There's nothing wrong with being short! I'm 12 1/2 years old girl and I wish I was your size! It's no fun being normal-sized....

The term "legal midget" is outdated and considered offensive. Height alone does not determine legal status. In the United States, the term "dwarfism" is often used to describe individuals who have a medical or genetic condition resulting in short stature.
