Well, It depends in which area you are looking at...
Some areas require a ABN (Australian business number) but you are not trying to open a business, you will be considering it as a hobby... You can sell them at the beach where you can get a lot of pocket money... Look up in Google " Lemonade Stand in Australia" There will be a map, and on the map, it tells you if you can sell it.
Good Luck,
I doesn't matter but you have take in consideration that your lemonade recipe has to be clean.
Thank You
No I do not belive you do, such as a lemon aid stand, do you need a lincese to sell that? NO. That depends on where you live. Check with your local government first. Some places might actually have requirements for running a lemonade stand.
It is a legal procedure whereby the judge is asked via the filing of a legal brief (called a "Motion") to "set aside" a ruling of his own, or another (usually lower) court. It must set forth the full legal reasoning for such a request. The judge will consider the Motion and then issue a ruling on the request.
In Ohio, it is legal to possess lock picking tools, such as lock picks, as long as you do not have criminal intent to use them for unlawful purposes like breaking and entering. It is important to use lock picking tools responsibly and within the law.
VOP stands for "violation of probation." It refers to a situation where an individual on probation does not adhere to the terms set by the court, resulting in legal consequences.
The legal requirements are set by the Charter or By-laws of the organization. Governmental meetings are regulated by the same items, usually a part of state law. In almost all cases a specific set of rules for conducting the meeting are stated in the creation documents. The most common is Robert's Rules of Order. A good knowledge of parliamentary procedure can stand you well in meetings.
There are several great places for one to set up a lemonade stand in St. Thomas. For example, a lemonade stand would do really well along a golf course or by a community pool.
land
set up a lemonade stand
They can deliver paper, can baby-sit, set up an lemonade stand, petsit, clean backyards, walk pets, ect. (Any thing that is Legal)
You can start a yard sale, you could set up a lemonade stand, you could make a food stand, sell things online as in Craigslist(: and you could do chores
Like a yard sale, a lemonade stand requires a permit, technically. Will the police hassle a couple of kids in a lemonade stand? Probably not...unless the stand causes a disturbance or an obstruction or receives a complaint. Do not set it up on the sidewalk, do not set it up beyond the sidewalk, set it up in the yard with enough room for someone to step off the sidewalk and make a purchase, play any music at a low level, and get permission from the landowner. Noise and blocking the sidewalk are the major complaints to avoid. If you want to make your lemonade stand a real business, check with the city or county that you are going to operate the stand in.
It's going to take some time to get $100 just out of a lemonade stand. You'll have to be patient and stay nice and polite no matter how grumpy your customers get. Try to set up the stand in a place where people would be really thirsty -- get your school's permission to set it up at one of the activities, or ask your church if you can set it up in the parking lot between services, for example. Remember that most public activities will require permission for you to sell anything, but many of them would be OK with having a kid and a lemonade stand if you just ask politely!
TECHNICALLY speaking - there are probably some jurisdictions that DO have regulations on this that could apply to a kid's lemonade stand. Unfortunately if these things are "officially" brought to their attention, they MUST (by law) take some kind of "official" action. Most times however, these are overlooked with a wink.
I honestly don't see why it wouldn't be.
Theoretically if you place your stand on land that is owned by the town, city or state, you need a permit. If you place your stand on property that is privately owned, you do not need a permit, but you do need permission from the owner of the land. If you do it on your own private land, you do not need a permit. For a more detailed debate on whether you should try and get a permit, visit: http://www.lemonade-stand.co.uk/blog/do-i-need-a-permit-to-start-a-lemonade-stand/
A gated community will have its own set of rules and regulations. If you do not live in the community, I would think it will be very difficult setting up. If you do live there, check the rules and regs.
