Minors are not legally capable of signing contracts. If the modelling is done and the legal papers are signed, on the behalf of the minor, by the parent(s) or guardian(s) it is permissible. Of course if the 'teen' is OVER the age of 18, they are then an adult and legally empowered to make their own decisions.

Teen modeling is legal, but there are regulations in place to protect minors, such as requiring work permits and restricting the number of hours they can work. It's important for teens and their parents to research and ensure they are working with reputable agencies that follow labor laws and industry standards.
