It depends where in the world you are. But you need to follow the same plan as you would do with anyassaultcase.
A lot of people rely of the Police to protect them and their property but sometimes things do go wrong and there is always the chance of a bad apple. It's a difficult job, and one bad cop can taint a whole department, so bear in mind that the Police as as interested in finding bad Policing as you are.
The question that the investigation will ask is was it malicious or was it an accident? If the Officer had cause to draw and fire a taser, what were you doing to instigate that action?
If you believe that you have a case then you need to do the following.
Gatherevidence
Write your memory of events leading up to, during, and after theassaultas soon as you can.
Submit your evidence for review
Time to talk to a lawyer orattorney. He will explain to you how you proceed and organise the legal proceedings should you wish to follow that path.
Write a formal complaint
With guidance from your lawyer, write a formal written complaint and submit it to the police department. You can contact the department and ask them how to go about this. I'm most countries they are legally bound to advise you. Do not answer any casually asked questions. If any officers directly ask you who is involved simply say that the matter is in your lawyers hands and it mayprejudicethe case to discuss it further. Be firm but polite.
Some countries have a different organisation to deal with Police complaints. Theprecinct, regional Police authorityor your lawyer will know who to submit your complaint to.
Yes - all officers must experience what it's like to be hit with such devices as a taser, baton round or tear gas.
With a gun
The cast of Tased and Confused - 2008 includes: Evan Engel as himself
Because of the weight of the equipment required to be carried on their belts, officers can be faced with carrying anywhere from 6 to possibly 12-18 additional pounds around their waist. It goes without saying that while there are some officers who are physically fit enough to do this for a distance, the fact of the matter is that the majority are not. If you resist arrest by running, and the officer has reasonable suspicion that you committed the crime and are fleeing capture you could be Tased. Moral of the story: Don't run from the police.
The eclectic candy tased very good!
you get an electrical charge to your body temporaly causing you to be paralyzed

The muscles will seriously contract and while unlikely, it could start your labor. I would hope that if such a situation could occur that some reflection on your lifestyle choices is contemplated. I am an old man and have never been in such a situation and will never be in one. Being "tased" is a deadly force option. This means that the officer feels YOUR actions are threatening the life of those around you. The likely hood of death to you or the baby is much lower then using pepper spray or a bullet, but it is there. Pepper spray is a more lethal option that, for some reason, people prefer police using. I would contend that taser use is a extremely useful method when dealing with control issues.
Part of your training will probably involve your exposure to things such as Chemical Spray - tear gas, and, conceivably, a short exposure to a Taser 'hit.' Typically a training hit will last only about 5 seconds as opposed to the standard 15 second exposure that would be used in the field.
No you don't by anyone. It is illegal for other than law enforcement to have a taser.
Only if the department requires their officers to carry a tazer. If so, then yes, all officers must be tasered If you do get tazered, you should make sure you Have no muscle injuries or heart problems, as this could cause major problems to your health if tazered. If you were ever born with a heart murmur ot have muscle spasms do not get tazered. I hold a taser. There is High Medium Low voltage. in police training. Low voltage on a taser/tazer is Painful, But.. You will only have to do it for about a second then release. Being tased is one of the most painful way of dieing. You would most likely to die on high voltage.
about 3of 4 but there real smal so u cant tased them!!
