It all depends on the breed, the experience the breeder has, and the activity the horse will be doing. In my opinion, America, Australia, Britain, Ireland, and Mongolia have the best. They are wild horses. The breeder? Nature, instinct, and God. Good hooves, smart minds, muscular and healthy bodies, devotion, and no inherited dieseases. The mustang and Chincteague ponies are from american; the Brumby, australia, the exmoor, britain; the wild connemaras, Ireland; and the only true wild horse is from Mongolia: The Prezwalski.
