Without a manager, an organization may struggle with direction and coordination, leading to confusion and inefficiency among employees. Decision-making could become fragmented, resulting in a lack of cohesive strategy and goals. Additionally, without a leader to facilitate communication and motivate the team, employee morale and productivity may decline. Ultimately, the absence of management could hinder the organization's ability to adapt and respond to challenges effectively.
The managers might do this to expand their business into a worldwide organisation making him and all his employees famous but they would most importantly get a massive increase in profit.
It would depend on the size of the company. Normally, in a large company its other Directors like the Sales or Finance Directors etc. who reports to the MD. Managers (e.g. sales manager, Accounts Manager) report to their own department director. In a smaller organisation where the only director is the MD (and usually the owner of the business) then it would be the Managers. Also, the PA to the MD or Personal Secretary would also report directly to the MD.
if i would know the answer why would i search for for it??
organisation development is similar to organisation change? True or false
Reducing ManpowerThree primary methods, layoffs, atrition or early retirement bonuses. Unfortunately, layoffs end up causing more problems than they are worth. People tend to start looking for jobs when they see their co-workers get laid-off. Atrition just allows people to leave without hiring someone else to fill the spot. Necessary positions are re-filled from within the company. Atrition and early retirement take a little longer, but give the employees much more confidence in the company, and end up with valuable employees staying.Increase management to staff ratios:Increase employee to employer ratio:In an organisation of 16,000 employees, there will be many levels of management with in the organisation. If the organisation were to assign more lower level employees to any one manager, they would then be able to reduce employee numbers. This is where middle management has its problems during recessions etc. For e.g. (NB: unrealistic and oversimplifying):If a company has 128 employees to manage and each manager in the organisation has 2 people under them, the organisation diagram will look like this: 1 > 2 > 4 > 8 > 16 > 32 > 64 > 128. This means that there is 8 tiers in the organisation, and most importantly, 126 managers looking after 128 workers. As opposed to having a structure where each manager looks after 4 people, again with 128 workers, the structure will look like so: 1 > 4 > 16 > 64 > 128. In this case, there is only 5 tiers, and only 84 managers looking after 128 workers. This difference of 42 managers is a huge reduction in the workforce. As seen, to do this the organisation must demand more from management, which could be done through a number of ways like training or higher wages. But in doing so, the manpower required in an organisation will be greatly diminished, especially the larger an organisation is, i.e. 16,000 employees.~MB
If an organisation didn't have people, then it wouldn't be an organisation?
Hieratchy refers to levels or tiers - an example would be:- The hierarchy of the organisation is... managing director, area manager, section manager, site manager, floor manager, sales assistant
Employer name would either mean, the organisation you worked for such as McDonalds and also can be the actual manager's name at the store you work at but I would not put the name of the manager as they may change jobs and it differs.
It would be just like it is, the same things would happen with or without seismologists. (just as it would with or without any other humans)
Without the Internet, The World would tremble. Political Uprise would happen and many other things can happen.
there would be no wind!
we would all die!
you would not be able to hear
It would likely separate.
The food would be stuck in your esophagus
they could be potential employees and customers who can help the organisation be successfully. without the community there would be no business
