probably. If they are both OEM, they are interchangeable
where are the two bolts located on the starter?
Hi, How Do You Replace a Starter on a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo, V6, 3.2 liter engine? Does anyone know where the starter is? Help. How Do You Replace a Starter on a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo, automatic, 4wd, V6, 3.2 liter engine? Does anyone know where the starter is? Thanks alot.
No.
The starter solenoid is not disengaging once engine is started. Rebuild starter or replace with a new starter.
the starter it's self is about $100 it's not to hard to replace just under the breather at the front of the engine
To replace the starter in a 2000 Cadillac Catera, first disconnect the negative battery cable to ensure safety. Next, remove any components obstructing access to the starter, such as the air intake duct or engine cover. Unbolt the starter from the engine, disconnect the wiring harness, and replace it with the new starter. Finally, reassemble any removed components and reconnect the battery before testing the new starter.
sounds like the starter solenoid, you will have to replace the starter
When and if the engine stops at the point where the starter gear is aligned with the missing teeth the starter will just spin and not start the engine. Over time even if the starter turns the engine over it will eventually ruin the starter. You need to replace the flywheel and the starter immediately.
if the battery and battery conections are good, then you need to replace the starter motor
You gotta get under the car and do it from the back of the engine.
Is it real cold were your at????? If so then replace the starter, The reason being is that the starter drive- ( bendix ) is kicking out as soon as it touches the fly-wheel and it just makes a werd noise. REPLACE STARTER.
If you have a v-6 engine the starter is located on the left side bottom of the engine and it is a job to change out. You will have to remove the cross member, the left side engine mount and jack the engine up as high as you can to remove and replace the starter... GOOD LUCK...
