Buy a 3"long 3/4"x16 bolt and a 4"long 7/16"x20 socket head bolt at your local hardware store. Thread the 7/16"x20 socket head bolt into the crank until it stops with a 3/8" Allen key wrench. Now thread the 3/4x16 bolt into the clutch. Once it comes in contact with the socket head bolt you will have to hold the clutch from turning. Keep screwing the 3/4" until the clutch comes off the tapered press fit on the crank.
Could not be simpler or cheaper.

To replace the drive belt on a 2010 Polaris Ranger 800, first, ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and the engine is off. Remove the rear panel and the clutch cover to access the drive belt. Take off the old belt by loosening the clutch bolts and sliding it off the primary and secondary clutches. Install the new belt by reversing the process, ensuring it's seated properly on both clutches before reassembling the cover and panel.

The Polaris Trailblazer 250 typically requires a 2-stroke oil, specifically designed for high-performance engines. It's important to use a quality oil that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's specifications, often labeled as "TC-W3" for water-cooled engines. Always refer to your owner's manual for the recommended oil type and specifications to ensure optimal performance and engine longevity.
This is a big job. You have to take out the transmission. If it is 4 wheel drive it is an even bigger job. The clutch is between the engine and transmission.
Pull start it in a mid range gear. While pushing down on the clutch pedal stab the brakes. It may take a while so make sure you have room to drive. If that does not work you will have to split the tractor at the clutch housing.
