As this is a 2 cycle engine that incorporates an oil injections system you need to use a good synthetic 2 stroke oil. Any major brand will be excellent.
I have a 1998 polaris trailboss 250. You put 3 ounces of 2 cycle oil to a gallon of gas. I know this for sure. Sometimes on older trailboss's the self oiler don't work so i mix mine up and put it in the tank. Keeps you from having to wonder if your ATV is getting the oil it needs. Thanks You Poke Ur But!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
ATV gear lube its called pure polaris agl its 10$ a qt
Hey, if im thinking right Polaris 250 s were all 2 stroke, no oil needs to be changed.
synthedic cascade
the factory requires an oil of 10-40 viscosity i would recommend synthetic 1 3/4 qt. dont over fill, keep in the "safe " area of dipstick
1988 F-250 351 Windsor oil pump is located in the oil pan . You will have to unbolt the motor mounts and jack the engine up slightly to remove the oil pan to gain access .
Your 1988 Yamaha Virago 250 pours oil from the crankcase vent hose because of a disconnected crankcase vent line.
There is no oil to be checked, it's a 2 cycle so the system gets it's lube that way.
Yes you can. Polaris does not manufacture oil. Polaris oil may very well be made by Valvoline or some other oil company. You can use any brand oil you want as long as it meets Polaris specifications.
Idon't know about a 1995 Polaris 300 Sportsman, but I have a 2008 Polaris 300 Sportsman and the main particular oil I use for mine is Polaris brand oil. If your not satisfied with my answer, call your Polaris Company.
It depends on a trailblazer 250 they have no crankcase oil but on a 400 water cooled scrambler they do so yes you need to change the oil with regular motor oil
Yes you can, Polaris only recomends that you use Polaris brand oils, but any oil of the same weigth should work just fine.
