Personally, I love the British accent and wish that I could hear it all of the time. No certain part of Britain has an accent that bothers me.

Every American will have a different opinion and remember Britain has a huge range of different accents.

some do, some don't. it depends on where in Canada that they are from/live. Some Canadians speak French so I'd say those people would have accents to us...lol :]

To other, foreign people. Yes. in fact even within the USA there are differences from the west coast, the mid west, the south, and the east coast.
