Elena dies twice in the books. When Elena dies in the Struggle, She goes to the boarding house to wait for Stefan, but he is not there. When Elena is attacked by Katherine, she tries to run away but drowns in the river after her car goes over the rails of the bridge. She can't get out of the water because Katherine uses Power to keep her under. After Stefan pulls her out of the water, She comes back as a vampire. In the Fury, Elena is trying to save Stefan and Damon, so when she attacks Katherine, they both go in the sun (Elena without her ring) and pulls off Katherine's necklace which is made of Lapiz Lazuli. Katherine burns in the sun while Elena just dies.
In Vampire Diaries Will Stefan Salvatore and Elena Gilbert ever get back together in any new and or upcoming eppisodes?
Not sure because Stefan needs to get his humanity back before anything can ever happen between them.
Will stephan ever bite Elena?
Stefan did bite Elena. When he was kidnapped by the vampires from the tomb they hurt him. When Damon, Elena, and Alaric go to save him he's weak. Elena and Stefan walk back to the car to escape while Damon and Alaric are distracting the other Vampires. Stefan falls on top of Elena and she cuts her hand. One of the Vampires come after Elena and Stefan when they are in car and the evil vampire pulls Stefan out of the car and stabs him with a stick. Elena then goes behind the evil vampire and stabs him in the neck with a vevain dart. The vampire passes out just for a few minutes. Elena gives Stefan here cut hand and tells him he needs the blood even though Stefan is against drinking human blood. Stefan then is strong enough to kill the other Vampire and get away with Elena.

What happens in vampire diaried?
Its about a girl named Elena Gilbert. She meets a GORG guy named Stefan Salvatore. She then meets his brother, Damon Salvatore (<3). A while after Stefan and Elena start dating, she notices that he is keeping secrets from her. She looked into it and discovered that he was alive 145 years ago. In shock, she later finds out that the love of both Stefan and Damon's life was a girl named Katherine who looks EXACTLY like Elena. Bonnie, Elena's best friend, turns out to be a witch. Damon turned Elena's Brother's girlfriend,Vicky, into a vampire and it goes out of hand. Jeremy's mind was erased. Damon finds out that Katherine and the other vampires from 145 years ago are stuck in tomb where the church was burnt down. With Bonnie and her grandma's help,they open the tomb, but Katherine isn't there. The other vampires escape and Elena finds out that a girl named Isobel is her real birth mother. She thinks Isobel is dead, but in truth, Damon had turned her into a vampire. When Elena finds out, she is furious. Katherine comes back and pretends to be Elena. She kisses Damon and Damon fell for it. Stefan soon finds out and Caroline, Elena's other best friend, was turned into a vampire during a crash. The Gilbert device almost killed Damon but Stefan was there to save the day. It somehow affected Tyler Lockwood and his Father, the mayor. In result, the Mayor was killed along with all the other tomb vampires, but he wasn't one. Damon suspects something super natural about them. Could it be there is Werewolves among them? My theory is that Elena will get turned into a vampire and she will remember what Damon told her when he brought her vervain necklace back when he told her he loves her and later on i think she realizes she loves him too along with Stefan but that's just my theory :)
What is the story of The Vampire Diaries?
Elena is teenager who lives in the town of Mystic Falls, here adopted parents get into a car accident and both die. Elena has a cousin named Jeremey which is like her brother. Elena's birthmother is named Isobel she is a vampire now and Elena's birth Father Johnathan Gilbert was her adopted father's brother. Elena is considered a doppleganger because Kathrine Pierce looks exactly like her. Kathrine Pierce is Elena's boyfriend Stefan's old love. Stefan is a vampire who loves Elena. Stefan has a older brother named Damon who is also in love with Elena. Elenan's 2 best friends are named Bonnie and Caroline. Bonnie is a witch with magic power who like Elena's brother Jeremy. Caroline is a vampire who was turned into a vampire right before she was about to die. Carolines mother is the sheriff of Mystic Falls. Also Caroline loves Matt. Matt is best friends with Elena they have known each other every since childhood. Matt had a sister named Vikky who got turned into a vampire at the begging of the show. Vikky died and Matt got very upset because that was his only sibling and he couldn't lean on his mom because she was a druggy and never came home to see her children. Matt also has another friend named Tyler Lookwood, Tyler has a family curse that runs through his blood. The lookwood family is one of the founding families of Mystic Falls. Tyler's father dies in a church were many vampire were placed in 1864 to burn and die. The curse that rus through Tylers bood is that if someone dies in his hand he will become a werewolf. The Warewolf is very uncommon now days. Warewolfs can bite Vampires and if that happenes it will be fatal. Tylers uncle comes to check on him and while he is visting Tyler he dissapers and dies. Damon and Stefan kill him to get answers on werewolfs and a mystery curse that will get the vampires out of vampirism. The curse was called the moonstone curse to break that curse you must first find the moonstone and if you find it a ceromony will be placed in a sacrifice will be held by the doppleganger which is Elena. Elena is the key to breaking the vampire curse for the curse to be complete you also need a witch (Bonnie) and a vampire I believe( Isobell,Stefan,Kathrine,Caroline or Matt) Matt gets turned in to a vampire by Caroline right before he is about to die because a witch stabbes him in the neck with a peice of broken glass.
