Not if you are talking modern Canada. People in Winnipeg probably call themselves Westerners, but their football team is usually in the Eastern Division. People in Ontario might consider themselves Central and the Maritimes Eastern. So I do not believe there would be a consensus of where this border might be.
i had 2 do this question and it is hard! New Hampshire (#2) and Idaho (#1) have the two shortest land borders with Canada of any U.S. states. However, it is important to distinguish land borders from maritime borders, which can count as political boundaries. Pennsylvania has the shortest border with Canada if one counts its maritime border with Canada via Lake Erie.
There are 12 of us across Canada. 13 if you count Je Bluh Bluh in Quebec' But he is a separatist and does not consider himself to be in Canada.
