New Delhi is India's capital she ( shiela dixit ) is not right right person as a chief minister because she had close her eyes . She is not taking care of rural areas like Narela and Bawana it was undeveloped are before the games and it is still in same position. here roads are not available on roads instead of roads their is big holes on the roads. All rural areas are still waiting for development and they don't have any planning to develop this area.
