When the Legend of Korra starts, you see that Korra proved to be the Avatar. Of course, in order for there to be a new avatar, the old avatar must die. So the second Korra was born, Aang died.
No! Why in the four nations would Katara die? She does not die at any point in the story line.
Katara does not die in the show Avatar the Last Airbender or The Legend of Korra.
We don't know exact details of who were Bolin and Mako's parents, but we can assume that one was an earthbender, and the other was a firebender. A firebender mugged them.
At this stage, it doesn't look like he'll be appearing. Korra is set around 70 years after the war, so it would make sense for him to be deceased. However, no concrete evidence has been supplied at this stage.Sokka may appear in flashbacks, but during the first episode, Katara stated that her brother had died.

The series has already ended and no more episodes are being released. Nicktoons plays reruns of the show and there are plenty of anime sites, especially dubbed,(english) sites that have all the episodes.
As long as Korra doesn't die in the Avatar state, then yes. The cycle is Water, Earth, Fire and Air, so when she dies, someone in the Earth Kingdom will be the next Avatar. The real question is whether or not the creators will animate the story about the next Avatar after Korra.
yes. at the end of Sozin's comet Aang is still alive this is because he didnt age in the iceburg so he is still 112 but if you dont include the iceburg he is 12. but he dies in the Legend of Korra at the age of 70 which if you include the iceburg 170
Yes, he does. If you watched the ending of the second season, he died from Azula's lightning strike. Yet, Katara brought him back with her healing water. I should remind you, however, that if the Avatar stays dead, then there will be no more Avatars. Ever. This, thankfully did not happen and the cycle, as well as Aang, will live on.
They all die... The only person in the legend of Korra that's from the original series is katara but she's like 85

Aang did not die in Sozin's Comet. He defeated Firelord Ozai and more or less lived happily ever after.
