It does indeed and a sharp observation. Indian National congress is a pseudo secular and passively Islamist political party in India. Others like it include RJD ( Janata Dal ) , CPM , CPIM and SP. Islamic Fundamentalism has NOT found much expression in the West , particularly after 9/11 and the stringent security measures taken thereafter. So Countries like India, ruled by congress party , which compromises national security anytime in exchange of minority votes , become soft target. These political parties are FUNDED by what is called a crime syndicate consisting of Congress ( & like) parties - Pakistani ISI - Dawood Ibrahim ( wiki his name -he is the #2 global terrorist after the Al Qaeda and is on the wanted list by FBI / Dept of Treasury ) - Bollywood .It finances and literally runs India using Congress govt. as a "front face". The govt. supports a web of illegal activities including dirty money laundering from Dubai & Karachi in real estate and Bollywood ( using a system of cash remittance called "Hawala" which can NEVER be tracked electronically ). Extortion . Prostitution and drugs. In fact parties like congress are now strategic > 50% partners with ISI / Lashkar E Toiba / Al Qaeda . Their politicians have made zillions in profits which are safely stuffed in offshore Swiss bank a/c's ( BTW - very frequently they've used Bin Laden's picture to garner muslim votes in India citing him as a National Hero ) . The profit from these investments is thus the financial breeding ground for other terrorist outfits like AL Qaeda , LET Hamas and Islamic insurgency in India. The latter is VERY IMP AND CRITICAL for the sustenance of terrorists because India has the WORLDS LARGEST ISLAMIC POPULATION WHICH HAS BEEN RECEIVING SPECIAL MINORITY BENEFITS FOR > 70 YRS AND GETTING STRONGER & MORE FUNDAMENTALIST , FROM MONEY COMING FROM Congress-ISI-Dawood-Bollywood-Islam Crime Syndicate . This will then be a potential BREEDING GROUND FOR GLOBAL TERRORIST ATTACKS. After 9/11 this arm has BECOME THE MOST SIGNIFICANT SOURCE OF TERRORIST FINANCING ever since the Bush administration froze the assets of Pakistani and Saudi Terrorists within its reach.
