You need to contact the universities yourself. Each will have differing levels of criteria for entry and a range of programs of study. Research them on the internet, and find the one that has the courses of study you most prefer. Contact their international students' department; these people can provide information on getting visas and how to go through the process of planning your stay in the country. After that, you will need to apply to the university itself and enter the courses as you would. After that, it is a matter of paying for the courses - possibly through a loan or grant; check if there are any scholarships you might get as well - finding a place to stay and showing up on day one.
