The Belt of Deltora is a fictional object in Emily Rodda's best-selling series Deltora Quest. It is not obtainable in the real world.
Emily Rodda has been asked many times to allow movie studios to make Deltora Quest into a movie. However, they always want to change the plot by reducing the amount of gems or characters. So to preserve the original story line, she has rejected all offers of a film. A Deltora Quest anime was made, though. They more or less stuck to the original plot.
