Nude pictures of children is a difficult area to judge. There are pictures of nude children on the internet. In many cases they could be considered obscene but that is where the difficulty is. What you might consider not obscene may be considered as such in other places. For the most part it is going to be ruled illegal.
If there were less people that paid to see pictures like these, then the child sex trafficking would go down dramatically. If something like that turns you on than I would suggest you get professional help as soon as possible.
