Your cat is very unsual. I don't think it will harm your cat to eat wasps and bees, but they may sting it. eating insects is normal for a house cats hunting diet however the most harm it will do is swell th lip if it stings no worries it will go down eventually if he/she drinks enough

Can a rabbit freeze to dearh?

Answeryes it can but it would have to be well below zero unless the rabbit was already unwellthe fur catches most of the heat from the movement, or traps the heat from the sun. this is why your coat is so warm. the rabit would have to be much colder than freezing to die unless some idiot shaves the rabit bald.

What is the similarities between drugs and medicine?

There are no similarities. Vaccines are intended to stimulate the immune system to reject the virus. Anti-viral drugs are used once the patient has the infection. They work completely differently. Some treatments give passive immunity by infusing antibodies while giving a vaccine so the body will provide an active immunity at a later time. Passive immunity fades with time. Active immunity renews itself.

Are hornets more dangerous than bees?

Hornets are much bigger and their sting is much more painful than bees. Hornets can also sting more than once because it doesn't detach form its body unlike bees. Hornets tend to be more agressive than bees, but they are much less aggresive in general than wasps.

What is the difference between wasps and bees?

Wasps are more dangerous. Wasps are long and thin while bees are small and normal sized. Wasps don't die when they sting, bees do. In addition: Although both species drink nectar from flowers, wasps could be said to be carnivorous, while bees are not. Bees feed their young with pollen collected from flowers while wasps feed their young on insect or spider prey.

Can bumblebees sting?

Yes. They can sting if provoked but rarely will as they are not aggressive to people or pets as other wasps are. Their stinger is used for immobilizing it's prey which is primarily the black widow spider. See the related link for more information.

How do bees look like?

No, they are probably Bumble Bees or they could be wasps. Digger bees (ground bees) will be different than honey bees...honey bees will be a colony consisting of one nest with thousands of bees...digger bees, may be a colony of dozens to hundreds, but it will be 1 nest to a bee, just many nests in the same area..do note, in arid areas honey bees are known to nest in the ground in old rodent burrows, but once again there will be many bees using the one nest Lar

When honey is not harvested where does it go?

Unharvested honey remains in the hive. The honey that is not harvested is consumed by the bees in the hive to remain alive. A talented beekeeper knows how much honey he can remove from the hive and not harm the bees.

Can you die from a wasp?

Yes. Wasps and bees have "jaws" called mandibles. They're sorta like the ones on beetles and such. They work side-to-side instead of up and down like jaws on people and other animals. And they can bite you with them. They usually sting people 'cause the "threat" they see in people ('cause they're so big relative to the insect) requires their "front line" weapon (their sting) and not just a bite. When wasps invade a bee hive or attack a bee colony (which they do once in a while), they use their mandibles to crush the bees who are trying to drive them off. The bees try to sting the wasps, 'cause the wasps are so much bigger than them, and "biting" them won't do any good. The wasps don't bother to "waste" stings on the bees but just crush them with their mandibles and toss them aside to press the attack. Use the links and look at the pictures and drawings.

How do you keep bees away from a barbecue and picnic?

One way (if you are near trees or something you can tie it to) is to take a brown paper bag (any will do even a fast food bag) and make it look sort of like a bees nest. (Blow a little air into it to get a roundish shape and close up the top) You can also buy fake ones but this is much easier. Hang it up near the area and it keeps the bees away. I tried this technique and it worked! From this solution, I have to guess that bees mistake the puffed-up bag for a hornet's nest and that they are bitter enemies, mortal enemies and avoid trouble by not pushing their luck and just leaving the other's territory.

How do wasps see humans?
