There are only two options, the first is to contact the local authorities (police, sheriff, etc.) the second is to contact the state family and children's services. In either case all minor children will be taken into custody by the state social services and be placed in with an acceptable and willing adult relative or in a group or foster home. The findings by the investigative authorities will determine what if any action will be taken concerning the entire matter. This would include the arrest and prosecution of the parents if they have committed a criminal offense and the custodial issues of minor children. The court will not under any circumstances allow the minor female to co-habitate with the adult male. Have the adult get a lawyer, and him/her advise him (you could listen), since he will pay him/her he will advise him about what he (not you) can legally do in this situation, and he/she will have your his interest in his mind. He/she may be able to negotiate something, for instance involving emancipation. Thread with care.

Is it illegal for your boyfriend to move into your house when your still a minor?

No. It may be illegal for you to have sex with him and since it is your parents house you can't legally move the boyfriend in without their permission but it's not illegal for him to live there. If he is also a minor and his parents don't want him to move in there could be problems.
