6-7 months olds, judging by the movie script, character design, other movie content and the fact that they studied real life lions. Size is unknown and hard to tell.
Judging by his mane when we first see him he is about three years old in lion years, because male lioms' mane starts to grow at the age of two and is fully grown at the age of five years. His mane should've grown to its full size during the movie because so did Kovu's who was much younger in the beginning. So that must have been the animator's mistake.
It was never confirmed in The Lion King II: Simba's Pridenor by its filmmakers that Scar was Vitani's father. Since Vitani appears to be the same exact size as Kovu, it is implied that Vitani and Kovu could share the same father. Also, Vitani never mentions Scar as being her father in the movie nor in the deleted scenes. Overall, it is left up to fanfiction.
6 or 7 months old. The tuft of his tail seemed all forned, and that is with lions around 7 months, wheras it starts to form only from 5½ months on. Also, he asked Timon and Pumbaa for meet to eat which lion cubs don't eat until at least 6 months old. And, in an earlier script version (from August 1993) cub Simba was described as "now full-grown cub" which would mean a cub that eats meet and has a full tail tuft. So...Kid Simba was about 7 months old.

A fully grown male lion is a tan color. It is about 7x the size of a regular house cat. It has a mane that wraps around it's head, it has a long tail with black fur at the end. A fully grown female lion is the exact same thing, but without the mane. A lion cub will look like a mini version of a female lion, but it's ears will be large compared to it's size.

the lion king musical is family show, audience of the lion king are parents and children.
When hsi son, Simba, was about 6 or 7 months old, (according to the 1993 movie script which sais he was "now a full grown cub" and his size and meet-eating points to a time when lion cubs are about that old.) Timeline-wise it happens the next day from the first cub Simba scene, as the creators say the movie' s beginning takes over two days, (excluding the intro with infant Simba, of course.)

Sorry to say this to all the lion lovers out there but the prize goes to Kenai. He, being a grizzly bear, is bigger (1,500 lbs vs 500 lbs), stronger (pound for pound, bears are stronger than cats, add that to the fact Kenai's three times Simba's size), faster (lions have a top speed of 35 mph, but brown bears can do 40 mph), smarter (recent studies have shown bears to have intelligence comparable, if not equal, to great apes), and better designed for a fight (he can balance at an elevated position; a vital advantage in any battle) than Simba.
The Huckleberry Hound Show - 1958 Papa Yogi King Size Poodle Somebody's Lion 2-4 was released on: USA: 26 October 1959
This depends entirely upon the locale of the fight. In the hot jungles of Africa, the arctic short-faced bear would quickly become overheated in his thick arctic fur. He would quickly collapse and Simba could simply nibble him to death. In the Arctic conditions that characterized the habitat of the short-faced bear, however, the bear would have the distinct advantage. Here, Simba would be unsteady on the ice, or his agility advantage over the bear would be nullified in the dense Northwest forests. This would allow the short-faced bear's superior power and size to overcome Simba with a few swift connections from his giant claws. Simba would be overcome in a very short time. However, on neutral territory, say the semi-temperate American southwest, a fair fight might be said to have occurred. Here the short-faced bear's size and strength could be matched to Simba's speed and agility. Simba's best shot would be to get behind the bear and get up on the it's back to rip into him, out of the reach of the deadly bear's claws. However, any close range melee favors the short-faced bear, and one good swat could leave Pride Rock looking for a new king.

Its not.Normally people are calling Lion is the king of the jungle. But fact says,Lion does not live in jungle but plain land.So the truth is,Tiger is the ling of the jungle. If Lion and Tiger are in fights(equal size and equal age) ,Tiger wins almost all the fight.
