Not,the age of majority in most states is 18, in Alabama and Nebraska it is 19, in Mississippi and Pennsylvania it is 21. Parent(s) or a guardian is legally and financially responsible for minors in their care until said minor reaches legal age or a the court rules otherwise. Therefore the parents or guardian can file a requisition in the proper court for a minor be returned to their custody or for them to be relieved of their obligations concerning the underaged person.

You should be atleast 18 before you move out. Depending on the situation. If you are emancipated, then its a different story and you can move wherever you want.

What is the legal parental consent in Louisiana for dating?

In Louisiana, there are no specific laws regarding parental consent for dating. However, the legal age of consent for sexual activity is 17, so it is important to be mindful of this when dating someone under that age. It's always a good idea to communicate openly with parents and ensure that everyone is comfortable and on the same page when it comes to dating.
