Edward III banned football (American soccer) in 1349 because it interfered with Archery practice. He was not the first or last English king to do so.
Depending on who you like better would depend on who you would say it stronger. I would say Edward because I like him more =)
She doesn't like Jacob as much because he tries to force her in to things. She has attraction for him. But it isn't the same as hers for Edward.
because they don't like him.
Edward said that because Bella was worrying that he may have liked Tanya who was a strawberry blonde.
He says that because Edward leaves Bella. Jacob means he will never leave Bella like Edward did.
the apple to the forbidden fruit.
The apple that Edward catches. The "forbidden apple", like the one from the garden of Eden - Bella is the forbidden apple, but can Edward resist the temptation?
The Apple is suppose to represent the forbidden fruit like Bella and edward- their love is forbidden
Because the apple was the forbidden fruit and Bella's blood is like the fobidden fruit for Edward.
In the bible in the story of Adam and Eve, there was a tree in the garden of Eden of which they couldn't eat the fruit from and so it was forbidden. and in Twilight Bella and Edward's love is forbidden, because she is a human and he is a vampire so on the cover it is Bella holding an apple. It represents their forbidden love.
well, the apple is always described as the forbidden fruit. The two hands holding it are pale, like Edward's. Edward is holding the "forbidden fruit" out to Bella. Another "translation" is that Bella is like the apple. Edward is so strong he could easily crush that apple in his hands and he's holding it very carefully so he wont. He doesn't want to kill her.
Bella loves the CD, because the songs on it are Edward's compositions.
you have to beat the game you have to beat the game
obviously JACOB he is so hot neither because they are stupid. Jacob because he has a sexy chest but i like the way edward is obsessed with bella. If my man acted like edward but was as sexy as jacob i would be happy.
They came from a deep meaning in the text of the book. Usually a quote from a character. Ex. Twilight= The apple on the cover of Twilight represents "forbidden fruit." like Edward being forbidden to Bella. "Forbidden love" Twilight was chosen as the title because that is the time of day safest for vampires... right when the sun goes down. New Moon= The cover means nothing, The publisher chose that one and Stephenie Meyer had nothing to do with that. She doesn't understand it either. New Moon was picked at the title because when its a new moon its the darkest night, and that was the darkest time of Bella's life when Edward left. Eclipse = The broken ribbon represents choice, as in the book, Bella must choose between Edward and her friendship with Jacob. Eclipse was chosen because Jacob is like Bella's sun (he said in new moon). Jacob said he " I can handle some clouds covering up but I can't handle an eclipse."
As a historical figure, St. Edward of England lived a devout life and was known for his piety and dedication to his faith. While we cannot definitively say if he "liked" being a saint, it is believed that he embraced his role as a model of Christian virtue and sought to serve God and his people faithfully.
The apple on Twilight represents the forbidden fruit - Edward and Bella's love is forbidden. The wilted flower on New Moon means Bella's and Edward's sadness when Edward leaves - also Bella's depression. The broken ribbon represents the final choice that Bella makes between Edward and Jacob - who she should choose ~ Also the breaking and tearing of Edward's Bella and Jacob's Bella. The chess pieces on Breaking Dawn represents the choice that Bella made - like the moves in the game chess ~ Also the red pawn repersents Bella as a human (small, weak, and the red represents the red blood that ruins through her veins.) And the white queen represents Bella as a vampire (big, white; as in pale, importaint, strong.)
