Thomas Edison was an inventor, scientist, and businessman. He was born on February 11, 1847 in Milan, Ohio and died on October 18, 1931 in West Orange, New Jersey by complications of diabetes. He is known for inventing the phonograph, the motion picture camera, and the first light bulb. Edison was married twice to considerably younger women. He has three children with both women but, he was not a polygasmist. His first wife died and then he remarried. He and his second wife were married until his death. His famous reserch lab was built in Menlo Park, New Jersey. Since his death the city was renamed Edison, New Jersey. His laboratory in West Orange, New Jersey, his place of death was made into the famous Edison Museum. Edison was also deaf in one ear.

Benjamin Franklin was born on January 17, 1706 in Boston, Massachusetts Bay and died on April 17, 1790 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was an inventor, politican, diplomat, and one of the founding fathers of the United States of America. He is well known for inventing the lightning rod, not electricity. Electricity has always been around but, no one figured out how to use it until Franklin showed up. He has an illegitimate son, William. Franklin is also well known for persuading France to aid America during The Revoluntionary War. Although many people think so, Franklin was never the President of the United States. He is also the face of the U.S. currency one hundred dollar bill.

Edison and Franklin are two completely different people. I think it is pretty sad that people don't know the difference. So, take this information and send it on!
