Almost all of them. He appeared in every movie that he made from The Lodger (1927) onwards, with the exception of the 1936 film Sabotage . Showing up in his own movies was Hitchcock's trademark, more recently emulated by M. Night Shyamalan.

Hitchcock did not appear in his first four films: Number 13 (1922), Always Tell Your Wife (1923), The Pleasure Garden (1925) and Fear o' God aka The Mountain Eagle (1926). You could say that the first two don't really count, though, as Number 13 was never finished, and his directorial role in Always Tell Your Wife is uncredited.

His next film, The Lodger (1927), was the first one he appeared in, and he appeared in every movie he made from then on, with the exception of Sabotage (1936).
