I saw the film at the now partially-defunct ( a rerun house) Loew"s Jersey when it came out- on advice of a friend. the title means Extraterrestrial. the title character is about the size of a small child or large monkey and indeed steals the show. Various types of puppets and one manned ( actually womanned) puppet were used to portray the character. The science in this sci-fi opus is largely lacking. It is never explained where the E.T. hails from, how he got separated from the crew, oh a number of questions- his biochemistry is different than humans- he almost dies a number of times. There are overtones of the Found animal- shall I keep him as a pet?) genre familiar to programs such as Lassie, etc- turned me off. Juvenile and dumb- does not even use the word- which has broad currency- UFO! I did not like it.
He wasn't an animal he was an alien ET was an Extra-Terestrial or alien if your superstitious. Hence the name ET.
"The Aliens in the Attic" is a movie with 3 or 4 aliens that look like E.T.
The King and I
Pat Welsh did the voice of ET
ET stood for Extra-Terrestrial in the movie ET.
The French word for "and" is "et". It is pronounced like you would pronounce the letter "a".and = et
et j'aime prendre soin = and I like to take care of et tu aimes ... = and you like ...
"you like you" doesn't make any sense, but you would it like this: to a male: atah ohev et atsmecha to a female: at ohevet et atsmech
Like this - 'jenn-et'
it just means and a half like deux et demi means two and a half
"Et" means, "And" in English. For example: "J'aime le football et le basket."Means: "I like soccer/football and basketball."Example: "Et toi?"Means: "And you?"
Ayelet is pronounced "ah-YEH-let" with the emphasis on the second syllable.
