Go south of Eterna (Cycling Road) until you get to a right turn. Go there, and it will take you to Mt. Coronet. Keep going right, and you'll meet a man named Cyrus, who sprouts some mumbo-jumbo and leaves. Keep going right, and you will reach Hearthome City.
But, Hearthome isn't where you'll find your gym. Explore the city a little, and then leave town through the right exit.
You will be on a new route, and just travel along it. You will eventually get to Solaceon town. Heal up and go. You can come back here later. Leave town from the North side, and travel along that route. When you come to a fork in the road, go right, not north. Keep going and you'll reach Veilstone, where the Gym leader Maylene is
