Generally, this is a moon with a ring around it... sometimes with clouds obscuring it partially. According to folklore... this bodes ill of any sort. Sometimes can indicate weather...or even "stormy times" ahead; weather-related or not. It is never a good omen.

To be born under a Liar's Moon means to be born under some sort of falsehood, referring to skeleton's in the closet or deep family secret.

This is referred to in the movie of the same name with Matt Damon in 1982. Two young people deeply in love who were told never to see each other again... but no one ever told them *why*.

Why do they call the moon the new moon when it is directly overhead?

Because they're ignorant, whoever "they" are. The term "New Moon" does not mean the Moon is directly overhead, it means that the Moon is (approximately) between the Earth and the Sun.

How long is one Saturn month?

What do you mean by "Saturn month"? On Earth, a "month" is based upon the time it takes the Moon to orbit the Earth or to go through its phases. Saturn has several large moons; you can look up their periods of revolution around Saturn if you like. Titan is easily Saturn's largest moon You could define a "Saturn month" based on Titan's period of revolution, but there is no such term in general use.

When does the dark side of the moon face earth?

There is no "dark side" of the moon, meaning a side that's always dark. When it's nighttime on the moon on its near side, we see a New Moon. When it's nighttime on the far side, we see a Full Moon. The moon always keeps one face toward Earth, and to do that the moon has to rotate once on its axis every month. If you put a chair in the middle of the room, and you walk around the chair always facing it, then you'll find that you have to turn your body once with respect to the rest of the room before you can make one complete circuit around the chair. The moon does something similar. It always keeps one face toward the Earth - but to do that it has to spin on its axis once a month, at the same time that it's moving in its orbit around Earth. The moon's spin on its axis is what makes it possible for the moon to have a near side and a far side as seen from Earth.

How many times does the moon travel around the earth in a month?

The moon goes around the earth once in just over 27 days. So if the moon is between us and the sun (a "new moon") in ~27 days we'll have another new moon. So the moon takes about one month to make a full orbit. Thus the origin of the term "month" as essentially a shortening of "moon-th"
