First make sure you have the Arco Bike. Then go to Fortree City and take the root straight down to the water (not over the bridge, just keep going stright down once you round the corner) and to up small waterfall. You need to have beaten the 8th gym and have a Pokemon in your party that can use 'waterfall'. Make your Pokemon use it and go up the water fall. Then get on your bike and start rideing on those thin white bars. Once you can't travel any further on the bar press A and the UP ARROW at the same time. This should make you be able to travel to the unattached white bar you see next to it. Keep rideing and jumping on all the bars. You should be able to find one nugget and one rare candy once you've searched the whole area. Have fun :)
