Its Rajive gandhi... He was that PM with a vision far ahead of is times and get the bill passed in the parliament with his brutal majority that congress had in the parliament. This bill prevented MPs from switching the parties after getting elected. After the law, now 1/3rd majority is required to defect a party other wise the defected MPs will lose their membership.
