Stephen Harper leader of the Conservatives is our current prime minister. Paul martin of the liberals was before the Conservatives took power. Before Paul Martin was Jean Chretien also from the liberal party of Canada.

Did someone forget Paul Martin? He was prime minister between Chrétien (not Cretien) and Harper.

In addition, Kim Campbell was prime minister between Mulroney and Chrétien.
