Yes, they did in fact get together in Season 1. They got together during "Sectionals", the thirteenth episode of Glee's first season.

Finn "broke" the two apart and began fighting with Jesse - and later that same night Quinn slapped Rachel across the face in the bathroom - the two of them continued talking in the bathroom as Quinn and Rachel had both had a very dramatic night. Glee is a television show about High School students in Lima, Ohio. Mr. Schuester, a spanish teacher, wants to restart Glee Club after the previous teacher was fired. He originally got five students to try out (Kurt, Rachel, Mercedes, Artie, and Tina) but in order to compete he needed 12. He recruited Finn, the quarterback, who got three other football players to join. Quinn joined along with three other Cheerios. They basically just compete for a National Title. Their main competition is Vocal Adrenaline. The show mainly centers around Finn and Rachel's relationship. Recently, Sam and Mercedes got together, Finn and Quinn broke up, and Kurt and Blaine got together.

Yes they do, on the last episode Rachel wants to go to Paris for her new job and Ross tries to stop her and drives to the wrong airport. Rachel gets on the plane but then realises she loves Ross and gets off. Then when they're hugging and crying they say. "No more stupid stuff, now it's us, together, forever, OK?" and Ross says "Unless we're on a break" Then he looks embarassed and they both start laughing. And although we dont find out if they get married my guess is that they do just because it seems as though they will.
