I TINK SO BUT IM NOT SURE
There is no legal tattoo parlor in the United States that will tattoo someone under the age of 18 without parental consent, no matter what. If you go somewhere that will, it is an illegal facility and could be very dangerous. Many tattoo parlors will tattoo as young as 15 or 16 with parental permission. I would call your local places and ask. But if you're trying to do it without your parents, I urge you to think again. Getting a tattoo is safe if done correctly, but there are so many ways it could go wrong. The needle needs to be brand new and sterile, and if it is an illegal shop, you are putting your health and ultimately your life in danger.
It may be possible in some states to obtain a tattoo even if you are a minor provided that you have the permission of your parents to get the tattoo. Most commonly, a parent would need to be present. In certain states, it might be sufficient for a minor to turn up to a tattoo shop with a notarized statement. In that case, the notarized statement would be a written statement by the minor's parents giving the minor permission to be tattooed. The purpose of notarization is to ensure that the note is not forged, e.g. by the minor himself.
Yes, his tattoo under his left peck and reads, "To die would be a big adventure". From a line in a movie that he had to deliver.
The way to write it is: מלך דוד How you wish to transform that into a tattoo is your prerogative.
A Florida court will not consider emancipation w/o the agreement of the minor's parents or legal guardian. The only exception would be recommendation by FCPS due to proven abuse and/or neglect and/or endangerment of the minor's physical and/or emotional well-being.
About the only tattoo that one should consider getting would be your blood type.
Personally, I think that tattoo's look like someone has written all over you. Years from now, you may regret them. Tattoo's are forever & give off the wrong impression. Consider interviewing for a job, inking your body WON'T help. It's up to you, but consider getting a Henna tattoo first. They last awhile & can help you decide if you really want to permanently mark you're body. The bottom line with tattoos is this, whether you like it or not: Why would you put a piece of art on your body FOREVER, that you wouldn't want hanging on your living room wall for ten minutes??
Hannah's thoughts was that it would be okay to get the tattoo and it wouldn't be anyone business of getting it
A parent CAN be held responsible for you getting a tattoo. Some states have some very harsh laws, pertaining not only to the parents but to the person doing the tattoo. In the state where I live and tattoo, if I was to tattoo a minor (under 16), with or without a parents permission, I would be charged with child abuse and face 10 years jail time, while the parent gets charged with child endangerment. Their sentencing would be just as severe. Any shop worth its merit, will have some very strict rules and require quite a bit of paperwork to show both guardianship and age of the person getting tattooed. If you get something out of a shop, then you risk not only shoddy tattoo work, but possibilities of blood-borne illnesses and heavy scarring. Either get your parents permission and have them join you for getting a tattoo, or wait until you're 18.
Getting married does make you independent of your parents income, however you need to consider your income as well as the income of your future spouse.
Well if you are getting a tattoo on one of your parent's birthdays...the only thing that you would mean is that you probably don't have any cash for a present lol. But seriously, there is no special meaning to it, unless it has special meaning to you.
I would not advise getting a tattoo. There might be a later time when you wished you didn't have it.
Answer from a CatholicIn the Old Testament, God forbid the people to tattoo themselves. The Church considers this as no longer binding as it was part of the Ceremonial code of the Old Testament. However, there are important moral considerations that every person should consider before getting a tattoo. These are discussed at the link below. My personal opinion would be that a rosary tattoo would be in remarkably poor taste - at best.
I assume your meaning "what medications can i take before getting a tattoo", and the answer would not be asprine. Asprine are blood thinners and can cause serious problems, as can drinking. Do not take asprine or drink with in 48 hours before getting a tattoo.
No, it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 in Wisconsin, even if the parents would consent.
Yes a urinary tract infection is a flammatory bacteria in your bladder area and has nothing to do with getting a tattoo. make sure they sterilize their equitment/needle. I would probably stay away from getting a tattoo near the kidney and bladder though why would you want to get a tattoo while in the middle of a uti, though? would be uncomfortable
Highly doubtful that they would pay you to have the tattoo, but you would have to consult the company directly and see if this is something that they offer to fans of their product. Don't hold your breath though.
