Did you check the little box in front of the fuse box that houses 2 fuses? One of these is responsible for the blower motor, however the motors are prone to failure so you may be in need of a new motor. Try the fuse first! If none of the obvious fuses solve the problem, it's possible your climate control head has been overloaded by a shorted auxilliary circulation pump. The pump is designed to keep water moving through the heater core when the motor is at low rpm's. It's located on the firewall, directly behind the motor. Remove the power cord to take it out of circuit. Now the bad news. Newer versions of the climate control system have an automatic overload protector, and will immediately come back once the pump is disconnected. Older versions have a fuse. Getting to that fuse requires removing the control panel from the dash. The fuse is on the back side of the control unit.
where is the man radio fuses for 2001 Lexus Gs
blower module on blower/ evap case
First check the fuses.
sounds like a blower motor resistor, mounted under passenger side of the dash on the fresh air intake box. has small hex bolts holding it on. you probably need a new blower motor and the old one with worn bearings is drangging and blowing out the resistor. its very very common. i replaced mine twice when i should have replaced the motor first! they are expensive!
Dodges are good for blowing fuses. If that is not it, the fan switch might need replaced.
blower motor bad or no power to it chech fuses blower switch blower motor
Replaced many blower modules ( in engine compartment ) from that year. Check it out.
Check fuses
where is heater blower relay for 1989 BMW 535I
The blower motor, or blower motor relay is probably out.
Check to see if you are getting power to motorIf so motor is defectiveIf not check fuses and relay
First check the fuses. If the fuses are okay I would suspect the switch and plug had a meltdown or the blower motor itself is shot. If it was the blower speed resistor that was shot you would still have high speed.
Check your fuses.
Well in my case (91) previa the connection inside f the blower housing had vibrated loose.
Go to an auto parts store and ask them to link up to the Jeep's computer.
Check to see if you are getting power to blower motor--if so, bad blower motor If no power- perhaps bad resistor pack at blower motor Bad switch?
If power is getting to blower: Check for ground Hot wire motor to see if it works--if not replace blower Check the thermal resistors in the blower/fan assembly. Better buy them at your Honda dealer. Its not that expensive.
