can u describe what is the car instrument bezel ,and how its maufactured?
A bezel is commonly found in watches, where it is the ring surrounding the watch face, often used to hold the crystal in place or to mark time intervals. Additionally, bezels are present in jewelry, particularly in rings, where they secure gemstones in their settings. They can also be seen in cameras, where they surround the lens or display screen.
This is a difficult task and takes patience. First you must disconnect the temperature control cable underneath the dash just to the right of the center console. This is done by removing a 7mm bolt using a 7mm boxend wrench. Then you must then unhook the cable downwards from its side mounting. If you look very closely at the bottom of the plastic bezel you will notice 2 small slots where you use a small slotted screwdriver to start prying the bezel off working your way upward. It is almost impossible not to scratch the dashboard under the bezel. The metal retaining clips will start falling from behind the dash, so it would be helpful if you had a magnet to retrieve them even if you don't end up re-using them.
You must insert the 5 digit code. If you cannot find the code, then go to the selling dealer. They may have it on file. If not, you will have to remove the radio the get the serial # off the radio chassis. With that serial # the dealer can provide the code. There is no other way.
You can watch a video that explains how to do this here: http://www.infinitihelp.com/diy/gcoupe/projects/infiniti_g35_radio_replacement_procedure.htm http://www.auto-talk.net/infiniti-g35-coupe/2003-2006-infiniti-g35-coupe-skyline-double-din-conversion-for-aftermarket-radio-install.html
To remove the radio faceplate of an Eclipse 54400, start by gently prying off the trim bezel using a plastic removal tool or your fingers to avoid damaging the dashboard. Once the bezel is removed, locate the screws securing the faceplate and unscrew them. Carefully detach the faceplate by pulling it away from the main unit, ensuring you do not damage any connectors. Finally, disconnect any wiring harnesses if needed.

To bezel glass, you will first need to measure the dimensions of the glass and the bezel setting. Then, cut the bezel strip to the measured length, bend it into the desired shape, and solder the ends together. Finally, place the glass into the bezel setting and secure it in place using a jeweler's epoxy or solder.
The bezel of a watch is the ring that surrounds the face, into which the crystal is set. "Base metal" is a collective term for non-precious metals. So, a "base metal bezel" is a bezel that is not made of a precious metal like gold or sliver.
No it's a fixed Bezel for that model. However on other models it does.
there are two nuts on the bezel behind the dash. you can reach them from underneath.
A bezel is the decorative/functional piece that surrounds and holds the instruments and gauges in a vehicle.
the dash bezel is held in place with clips. you will need to carefully pull or pry the bezel loose and work your way around it.
A bezel setting is usually a shaped base with a rim. The use of a bezel setting on a bracelet, or other types of jewellery such as rings, is to hold a gemstone in place.
Remove the two screws at the top of the instrument cluster. This will allow you to pull out the entire bezel. Pull out the bezel, and pop the switch out from the bezel.
