shapes is the only huge difference, i mean with the trace warbeast its made out of basswood like Ibanez Guitars which I personally don't like, masterpiece mockingbird looks great and seems better for metal. Don't get the metal master guitar its a cheap jazzed up bronze series warlock by the way., great shape but its the bottom of the barrel in these choices.
things to consider
they're all bolt on construction so no huge note sustain (life) difference)
they're about the same size so again about the same sustain
the warbeast is going to be harder to play if you look at the neck still
same guitar bridges
same guitar pickups
im sure the same tuners
the mockingbird has string through construction as well.. so more sustain
the warbeast is going to sound slightly "Darker"
in conclusion looks aside the mockingbird is better for metal based on body wood/pickup combination , the warbeast for shredding, the ebony (black) fretboard on it will add a dark touch to the shredding style too, both look great.
"B. C. Rich Warlock" is the name of electric guitars and bass guitars made by B. C. Rich. They have a distinct shape and are used by some popular musicians.
not really, strings about a month but depends on the wood their made of, my warlock I almost smashed a few weeks ago out of anger but its really tough.
a warlock in my opinion
Depending upon where you look: Gibson Les Paul Customs, B.C. Rich Warlock, Hamer Blitz, Gibson Flying V, Guild Flying Star, Kramer Explorers, Kramer Barettas, Kramer Pacers, Kramer Custom Shop Telecasters, Fender Stratocasters, Charvel Super Strat, Paul Reed Smiths, and Fender Telecaster. Note that: each of these guitars have been used throughout his career, therefore, you will find him playing different guitars in different videos and on different tours. Some guitars may not be included.
its a matter of taste, BC Rich is more metal, Epiphone is more traditional rock. My friend payed 700 or 800 for a les paul epiphone and its nowhere near as good as my warlock.. all my friends like the sound and lightness of my warlock a lot more. All different people from blues and alternative to thrash metal would rather the warlock. all bc rich guitars have 24 frets meaning more solo possibilities the paints harder to chip MUCH cheaper, 500$ will buy you a much better guitar than from epiphone very light guitar to play on stage all my BC Rich guitars never had any problems with and their both about 5 years old a lot of BC Rich guitars have Floyd roses, not too many gibsons (or epiphones) come with them epiphone is overrated to me and overpriced but they do sound good otherwise they wouldn`t be around as long, just my opinion.

either a warlock or a mockingbird.. im very sure its a warlock first.

Only if you're going for looks. almost all bc rich guitars are very poor quality, you can get a nice one from their custom shop, but that is extremely expensive... if you're looking for some cool-looking guitars for playing metal, i'd recommend Jackson or ESP guitars. But if you're looking for a high quality instrument, PLEASE don't get a bc rich guitar, you'll be wasting your money
I would estimate the Jackson worth a bit higher (about 200$- 120$) but both are reliable guitars so no one really loses.
Magus.
BC Rich guitars have got many styles and models. Among the famous models are BC Rich Beast and Warlock. However, if one wants to buy a guitar, they would better read some reviews and use the experience of the players. BC Rich guitars are very tempting in style, but there could be better choices out there that have got better function.
