Not as a group. Each released solo records during the 1980s; George Harrison and Ringo Starr collaborated on a few. Starr also played drums on Paul McCartney's "So Bad", and co-starred with him in Give My Regards to Broad Street.
The closest the band came to singing together in the Eighties was Paul and Linda McCartney singing backup on George Harrison's Lennon tribute, "All Those Years Ago". (Starr played drums.)
Uh, yeah! That's when they played all of their songs!
Yes. They did play Jazz Music. Edit: No, they did not play jazz music, they played various styles of rock.
No, all four members of the Beatles were born in the early 1940s and did not start their career until much later.
The Beatles did not start as a group until 1960. By 1963 they were world famous.
some do and some dont :)
The Beatles had a total of 407 songs altogether. A few of the songs titles were Young Blood, Yes It is, and Yellow Submarine.
There not overrated. You just don't like them and apparently haven't listened to any of their songs
Unfortunately he did not record any Christmas songs.
He played bass on some of the songs on Abbey Road like Golden Slumbers and Carry that Weight. I think he played on a few other songs too. he played bass on the songs Birthday, Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight, and i believe A Day in the Life as well
Any band that covers them is technically copying them, but if you mean in terms of musical styling and taking parts of songs and making new songs without any credit to the original artist, Oasis would take the cake.
You can play just about any Beatles song on the guitar.
Because they're DEAD.
It has been argued that Beatles music was the folk music of Britain in the 1960s. However, some Beatle tracks - Mother Nature's Son, or You've Got To Hide Your Love Away have a "folky" feel.
the Beatles
Yes, they wrote a lot of love songs
uhh.... u can? :P
According to the Mavericks' Discography, they do not appear to have covered any Beatles songs.
Nope. They composed thier own songs.
Being a hardcore Beatles fan, I don't recall The Beatles having any relations with African music. In fact, I think you meant Indian music. During the later part of the 1960s, The Beatles traveled to India for meditation with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. George Harrison was best known for picking up on how to play the Sitar, which is an Indian instrument. It's kind of like a guitar, but it has this different sound to it. You can hear George playing the sitar in one of their songs called "Norwegian Wood". It's the sound at the beginning of the song. Hoped this helped!
