Practice.
Practice.
And more practice.
There is no secret to becoming a great professional Trumpet player. All it takes is the desire to become one, and lots of practice. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.
PRACTICE!! You could use the Arban's and Clarke books. Private lessons are good, too, but mostly PRACTICE!!!!!
I would add that you need dedication. It's no good practising once a week and expecting to become the next Wynton Marsalis over night. The easiest way of practising without effort is to find a music style which you like and get into a band which plays it.
First thing is to hire a teacher/tutor or enroll in a college/university class. If you want to turn pro at this instrument, you need proper instruction. You cannot learn to play professionally from a book or watching youtubes.

Bach trumpets, in general, will be good trumpets. The Omega is sometimes considered an "intermediate" level trumpet, providing a stepping stone between a beginner horn and a Stradivarius professional trumpet. Basically, the Omega model will be a good trumpet for an advanced student who is ready to "move on" from their first trumpet, but may not be willing to spend the money for a professional quality trumpet.

If you mean getting signed as a professional player, it's difficult. There are thousands and thousands of aspiring trumpet players out there, and most of them aren't as good as they think they are. For symphony orchestras, you almost always have to audition, and many symphonies don't have regular audtions. For instance, the trumpet section in the symphony in my city has been the same for 5 or 6 years, and the principal trumpet player has been the same player for 20 years.
you keep practicing your skills, and become a professional!
