it is just easy first of all what u have to do is check the type of radio you already have in your santa fe, first:
is it single din(small) or double din (big).
if it is the monsoon double din you need to buy the Metra 70-2003 Radio Wiring Harness For GM 98-Up Harness and the interface Metra 95-7309 Double DIN Installation Kit for Select 1995-2006 Hyundai Vehicles, from there all you have to do is follow the instructions you maybe need a antenna conector extensor if you want but the one in the radio u can make it fit in any radio and place some tape in it to hold it that will save you 15 to 20 box.
if you are placing a single din radio on it you need a different interface and kit wich I have no idea in this moment about the numbers but u can go to metra and find them in the catalog, and get them in amazon is the best way, also my recomendation is to place a double din radio on your car because that will give the SUV a better look.

there is no fix for this except to buy a new audio unit from the dealer. unless you still have a factory warranty then it will be replaced at no charge to you. this is a common problem with accords with that type of radio.

Already has one installed from the factory. Fancy aren't they?
remove the bottom half by using a hook tool. it only uses snaps to hold it in. once removed there will be 4 10mill bolts holding the radio in place. 2 of which are in the lower upper corners; once removed radio will slide out.
