There are detailed instructions on the inside of the owners manual. You have to open the rear hatch and remove the screws on the light fixture.

This vehicle has full-time 4wd. There is no option to make it rear-wheel drive.
It's on the bottom of the transfer case. It's a large white/yellowed sensor with a 2 wire connector.
The bottom part of the struts are mounted to the body on a small ball joint with a locking lever. to remove just unlock the lever and pop the strut off the ball. The top is mounted with brackets. Just remove the brackets and voila! The new struts will or should come with their own brackets. Hope this was helpful.

I have a 2004 grand prix and the fog light switch is on the turn signal lever. It's located around the middle of the lever and you turn and release it. A green indicator light will come on in your gauge cluster telling you they are on.
That would be best if left to a certified technician because of the wiring involved.
