Your going to have to get under there with a flashlight and check it out, have another person try to move the seat while your looking under there, might just be a toy, pencil or something stuck in the track
there is a fuse panel on the left side of the dash at about your knee level, there is a cover over it, if you pull that off and look at the back of it there should be a diagram you will have to slide the driver's seat all the way back and lay on your back. Look up and to the right and you'll see the box with the diagram. release it, remove it and the fourth fuse on the bottom from the left is a 15A. Marked "Cig" on the diagram.
