If after jump starting a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am SE the radio does not work but the radio lights do and there is no option to input a security code is this a fuse or radio problem?

Find out what fuse(s) are for your radio in a repair manual. Check them, if nothing is wrong, its probably a radio issue. Try disconnecting the positive battery cable, letting the car sit for about five minutes, and then connect it again. If a sensor or something was overloaded, it should reset itself. If that doesn't work than I'd get it checked out, because im clueless.

Well you mean tail lights i think and it has to either they are burnt out or a brake edal sensor is the problem and is stuck

I would check the wires just behind the light. I had the same problem and the wires were broken a little just wiggle them as the lights are on.
