From what I heard, when you first get your driver's license, you can have one family member sit in the car with you but this excludes cousins. I don't really remember how long you have to have your driver's license before you can start driving minors around but it is usually 6 months to a year. I am certain that after 1 year, you can drive around as many people as your car allows. I hope this help.

It can be, but it is often a case of where and when you have a seizure. So if you had a seizure while standing at the top of a ladder, you would be in great danger. The danger of having one while driving is why many people with epilepsy do not drive and there are restrictions in countries for people who have epilepsy driving. With common sense, people who get seizures can keep themselves out of dangerous situations. As for seizures in themselves, they usually pose little or no risk. Some people can get very severe seizures that can pose a danger to them, but that is a minority of people who have epilepsy.

Even though many people don't want talking on your cell phone while driving to be illegal, it should be because you cannot focus on driving as much as you would if you weren't talking. Serious accidents can happen even when you take your attention off of the road for a few seconds.
