You do not need specific violin music to play "Silent Night". The beauty of this song is that you can use the music for most instruments, except for transposing instruments such as the Clarinet and Trumpet. So - find a simple copy of the piano music, and just play the treble clef part.
For simplicity's sake, here are the notes, but without music you need to be careful not to play in the wrong octave.

(some notes are open D and others are d on the A string)

You can't ... for it really would be silent night because no notes were heard.
Google 'tutorial silent night viola' or type that down on YouTube.com. There should be many tutorials online. If it is not the case I would advise you to find someone who knows or just take courses!
