When we talk about ternary form, we are talking about a three-part structure in a piece of music. Mozart was very good in changing the 3 part which match the 1 st past with a perfect fifth. in other words, the ternany form could be described as part a b and a being the a's a repeat. Morzat would compose pieces a b ending with a perfiect fith which change to a higher pitch. Musicians like Mozart and Beethoven used ternary form in their music but Morzat went beyond this form.
Also Mozart wrote a great deal of dance music.
