Before I answer this question,I would like to point out that I find it absolutely ridiculous that some people get so fired up,or bent out of shape over everything this person does.If you go to You Tube, you will find so many negative remarks it is appaulling. These same so called internet "critics",as they like to call themselves, went as far as to try to have a video removed from You Tube from this artist by getting a large group of people together to vote /post a dislike of the video within a certain timeframe. So after all that they have done,it was all futile. It backfired.Because the music video for the song "Baby",the video they tried to ban. They did just the opposite. The video holds the record as the most viewed video on You Tube with over 430 million views, and still climbing.Bieber has received an award for this accomplishment.I wonder what those so called internet "critics" are thinking now?Now to answer the question. It is a combination of many things. Not just one.First,he's Canadian, singing "America the Beautiful",it may hit a sour note with some people, but I really doubt that it will upset the entire world. The WWE could have gotten Celine Dion,Elton John,Shakira,or some other performer from another country to sing this song.If they did, would anyone be as upset as they are about Bieber?Probably not.Second,he's only 16.Look at the people who have performed this song at Wrestlemania.Ray Charles,Aretha Franklin,Nicole Scherzinger or the Pussycat Dolls,Ashanti,John Legend. Some people frown at the fact because he is so young, but does it really matter?Age is nothing but a number. Some people frown because the group of people who perform this song at Wrestlemania are an elite group of people. And for Bieber to be in that group. Some people just can not accept it.The WWE could have gotten Greyson Chance. He performed Lady Gaga's song "Paparrazi" at a sixth grade show on a piano,he is only 13 years old.He probably would have done just as good of a job,if not better.Age? Come on!This is 2010.Does anybody really care how old a performer is nowadays?Probably not.It does not matter whether the person is 16 or 60.Third,most people do not like teen pop music, but it is among the most popular type of music out there.Teen artists are scoring top ten songs, and #1 songs, and #1 albums as well. They sell millions of albums, and cds every week. The teen artists,or groups(boy bands) may be around for only three to five years. But during that time, they dominate. What these unintelligent,so called music critic idiots fail to realize is that teen pop artists are going to be around forever, long after we are all dead and gone.If it is not Bieber then it will be somebody else.Somebody else for some dumb rock listening airhead to make stupid, meaningless remarks about. Finally, there are the haters. These are the people who really have no reason to hate anybody. They just make hate remarks because they want to sound cool in front of other people, because they are afraid of what other people might think of them.Bieber makes headlines. He makes headlines because of the haters. They hate him,Yet,they watch his music videos on line.So they can make more hate remarks. It is an endless cycle that repeats itself over and over again.Sometimes it upsets some people so much that they will actually take time out, about maybe 10 to 15 minutes to make a video, showing the world their endless whining, crying, bitching, moaning, pissing, complaining, and endless carrying on.A five to ten minute fussing about how much they hate Bieber. And most of the comments made from people who watch these endless childish rants are about why these people do this. These are the same type of people who would not know good music,or music in general,if someone sang it to them on a toy instrument. The bottom line is Vince McMahon and the WWE are going to do what they want.Getting Justin Bieber to perform at Wrestlemania 27 in Atlanta on April 3rd,2011 is actually a smart move.It will attract a larger, younger audiance. And Vince is all about the money. The people do not like the idea of Bieber performing at Wrestlemania 27,and have gone as far as threaten not to watch WWE,in other words boycotting the WWE.Do these internet idiots actually believe that they are going to make a difference? In their own minds maybe. But that is it.For these people,it is fantasy, pure and simple.
