Loose washer
Check the belt tension. it is too hard on the bearing or it's running dry.
If the pitch of the noise increases with speed and also comes and goes in turns i.e. it goes away in a left turn and returns or gets louder in a right turn it is probaly a wheel bearing going bad.
It is RFI generated from the ignition system. dI/dT very fast di/dt is rf
its the hvac blend door motor crunching up the doors if you have the digital climate control
Had a similar problem with 94 gcl. Turned out to be the viscus coupler. Once replaced problem was gone. Very expensive.
Most likely the power steering belt is old and should be replaced.
Whining noise near belts had pulleys adjusted any idea what is causing this
Possible its time to change those brake pads out. The whining noise is possibly the metal grinding to your rotor, which would cause your wheel to shake. Consider getting those rotors turned as well.
A whining noise in the transmission is usually an indication the transmission fluid is low. Check the transmission fluid and fill it to the recommended level.
Try turning off the water at the main. Turn on all of the faucets in the house and let them drain. Turn the main back on. Might be some air in the line.

That noise is completely normal as long it lasts for a few seconds, and it's caused for AC system in while it reaches its normal working pressure
the whining noise is probably your passenger whining about the stupid questions you ask
You will hear a grinding or whining noise.
